I have winco welder 14 hp Kawasaki engine. I would like to buy a new carburetor something after market. Will Early 14 HP Kawasaki mower carburetors work on my welder generator? Can you recommend a good carburetor or rebuild kit for my 225 Winco welder? Thank you Jerry .
Jerry, here is a link to our engine support page for Kawasaki. There you will find the KF150D-SX parts list for your engine as well as a link for buying Kawasaki engine parts. https://www.wincogen.com/engine-support/#Kawasaki
I have found nothing that crosses over 316550 – old number 6100D . My WG 225 is 581 cc . I would be happy with a carburetor kit or new carburetor. Thank you
Jerry, unfortunately you will find that a lot of the old Kawasaki engine parts are obsolete now days. You may wish to take it to a local small engine shop to see if they can professionally clean the carburetor to get it operational.
The welder ran fine 2 years ago . I’m sure it’s a needle valve the rubber tip the float is good the setting is simple to adjust . The carburetor is flooding that could only be a needle valve or float correct me if I’m wrong .
i have a wg225 model that is not welding , it was working real good, didnt use it for some time and when i went to use it find out that it wasnt’t welding. the generator works fine.
Juan, please contact our Technical Support Department at 507-357-8334 or [email protected]. No parts support for this model exists and troubleshooting knowledge is limited because of the age of the product.

Ed, unfortunately, Winco does not supply Kawasaki engine parts. I would recommend searching the internet.
