The WINCO Team is excited to announce an in-person Service School June 16^th & 17^th!

This course will focus on our air-cooled product lines, providing a mix of classroom and hands on instruction. This will provide value for both new and seasoned technicians. On the 16th, enjoy a dinner out on us!

We anticipate that as vaccination rates increase that restrictions will be loosened going forward. Appropriate masking and distancing protocols will be in place at the time of the class.

Log In

It is easy for our dealers and service centers to look up part prices and see if we have them in inventory. Simply log into your account and select the icon for part stock and price check.

As you can see, the plug is $33.60 MSRP and we have 2 in stock at the moment I am writing this. Some of our parts will show lead times, a great feature if the part is out of stock or inventory is low!

FUN FACT! Brush part numbers from the 1960’s still work today!

When you are signed in to the Dealer Portal, you will have access to our Service Part Stock Check.

Simply, enter the part number and click on the Look Up Part button. The part will be displayed with the part description, List Price, Net Price, and how many is in stock. Some parts will have a Next Available. This is when more inventory will be available and how many will be in stock.

If you don’t have the part number, you can always call our Service Department at 507-357-6831 for assistance!

It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce that WINCO has cancelled all service schools for 2020.

Service school is something we look forward to and enjoy hosting. We enjoy meeting our partners while providing the tools and support needed to continue outstanding customer service for our end users.

As you can imagine, Service School is a hands-on training course. With our Nation still dealing with the COVID-19 outbreak we decided on the cautious approach.

We were sad that we were unable to host Service School this month. As our state starts to open up, with have started to look at our future Service Schools. We have revised our August class

AUGUST 19th – 20th

• Focus on our air-cooled units
• Hands on training
• Meet our staff and tour the factory
• Dinner hosted the first night

August is a good time to visit Minnesota, weather is usually nice and warm. It snowed one August in 1945 but that was up by Canada, you should be safe!

NOVEMBER 11th – 12th

• Focus on our liquid-cooled units
• Hands on training
• Meet our staff and tour the factory
• Dinner hosted the first night

We recommend bringing a laptop and multimeter to our classes. For more information contact your WINCO Account Manager.
