Question
Michael Maliga –
Looking for the wiring diagram for W15PTOS/E that shows the interconnection of the capacitors. Nameplate and Capacitor wiring is in the pictures, but it seems both leads from the generator are connected to the same terminal, and the last capacitor is only connected on one side.
I have looked through all of the informatioon on the website, and I can only find sections of the wiring. The Mecc Alte manual doesn’t seem to show any of the generator wiring.
Can you help?
Mike

Question
Troy Hebert –
I bought this model, had it for 9 years, this year I noticed the voltage coming out is only 102v. With 63 cycles, what do you think is the problem?

Troy, most likely a bad capacitor. There are three of them in your model, one 31.5uf and two 35uf. You can check the capacitance with a meter. They should be +/- 5% of the rating.
